# Colipse Decaf Coffee Guide

> The complete reference for Colipse decaf coffee — Swiss Water® Process, single-origin Peru, specialty-grade Arabica. Everything from decaffeination science to brewing and health.

Colipse makes specialty decaf coffee from a single source: the JUMARP cooperative in Yamón District, Northern Peru, at 1,600–1,800 meters above sea level. Every bean is 100% Arabica, hand-harvested, fully washed, and decaffeinated using the Swiss Water® Process — a solvent-free method that removes 99.9% of caffeine without methylene chloride or ethyl acetate.

Every order is roasted after it is placed. No warehouse stock. No pre-roasted inventory. The roast date is printed on every bag.

## How to Use This Guide

The **Products** section covers each Colipse SKU with pages specific to that format — brewing methods, flavor notes, compatible machines, and the health and ingredient topics most relevant to that product.

The **Ingredients**, **Conditions**, **Brewing**, **Drinks**, **Decaffeination**, and **Comparisons** sections are written to stand alone — they answer one specific question thoroughly, with citations. Product links appear at the bottom of each page, not woven through the content.

If a question is your starting point, the sidebar anchors are organized by topic. If a product is your starting point, go to **Products** and navigate from the product overview.
